  • Removal of Virginia creeper from the front stone wall.
  • Backyard cleanup.
  • Cottage garden cabin area cleanup
  • Garden bed preparation / addition of compost and manure for Front yard
  • Planting plan and planting of low maintenance garden.
  • Irrigation
  • Mulching of Garden beds
  • Maintenance

Project Outline and Action Steps

Stage 1 – Steps:

  • Discuss the Stone walls and garden beds . New entrance and levels and advice on cleaning stone wall with high pressure water device.
  • Council permission on stone wall alterations and removal of Chinese Elm
  • Removal of creeper from the wall areas ready for cleaning.
  • Transplant crepe myrtle.
  • Backyard cleanup . Weed garden area. Divide Cliveas and plant along the back fence.
  • Removal of camphor laurel and tidy up of the Bay tree

Stage 2 – Steps:

  • Garden bed preparation . Addition of compost and manure.

  • Planting plan /Sourcing plants:

  • Cottage garden cabin area.
    Removal of Hibiscus plants. Reuse leaf litter for hedge garden. Removal of birds nest fern. Supply and installation of Lilly Pilly Hedge.
  • Irrigation of Front yard.
    Water restrictions approved timer connected to WIFI, with drippers and sprayers
  • Planting and Mulching
